a full line of feeds in Aledo, TX that range from small to large animals and service the whole state of
Texas. Bryant Grain Co. has a proven record of offering a wide range of feeds to meet the different
nutritional needs of the vast environments of Texas. Premium Advantage Show Feeds is a subsidiary of
Bryant Grain Co. that specializes in high-end show feeds and supplements with a large focus on the show
pig and show cattle sectors.

Position Summary
The Sales Consultant will act in a professional sales role covering the central and eastern parts of Texas.
The sales consultant will be responsible for the procurement of new sales opportunities, finalizing sales
and all communications with retail stores in their region. This position will be filled by a well-rounded
sales professional that has the knowledge of livestock and show feeds with the communication skills to
be an asset to the consumer. This individual will work directly with other sales team members as well as
the management in Aledo to provide customer satisfaction, long-term account sustainability and
revenue generation aligning with the values of Bryant Grain Co.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Fully understand Bryant Grain Co. and Premium Advantage Show Feeds offering, selling points,
and industry information to carry on a knowledgeable, helpful conversation about Bryant Grain
Co’s. full line of feeds.
– Will have the ability to work within a team as well as being a self-starter.
– Adhere to guidance and recommendations from staff members of Bryant Grain Co. as it pertains
to sales functions.
– Demonstrate expertise of technical selling skills and product knowledge. Will need the ability to
present Bryant Grain Co’s. and Premium Advantage Show Feeds products and services.
– Develop qualified leads through referrals, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, phone
conversations, direct mail, email, and networking. Will be responsible for developing
client/consumer relationships and referrals.
– Demonstrate the ability to assist in the development of new, innovative products and feeding
practices as they pertain to feed sales.
– Ensure each customer receives excellent service. Assess situations with a positive attitude,
acknowledge every customer, and have knowledge of all Bryant Grain Co’s. offerings.
– Participate and contribute to the development of educational clinics offered to current clients,
direct users and potential customers.

– Effectively utilize our nutritionist, marketing team and others to provide clear communication
and understanding of Bryant Grain Co’s. feeds.
– Possess a well-rounded knowledge of animal feed and the general agriculture sector.
– Seek opportunities for continued education in all facets that pertain to feed sales.
– Will handle customer complaints and issues with the mindset of customer retention.
– Will be able to present sales and marketing ideas to the management team with the intention of
sustainable growth.
– Assist in the collection of accounts receivable issues provided by the management team.
– Will have full knowledge of Bryant Grain Co’s. code of conduct and ethics and meet the standard
– Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
– A Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field.
– A minimum of animal nutrition knowledge. An understanding of show feeds and their
application is a MUST.
– Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Ability to communicate timely and clearly through phone calls, texts and e-mail.
– A willingness to travel and work longer periods of time.
– Physical ability to stand for long periods, ability to move and handle boxes or feeds sacks, which
may entail lifting up to 50 pounds.
– Ability to work varying hours, days, nights and holidays.
– Ability to pass a drug test.
– Clean driving record.
